PARK HOUSE is situated on the outskirts of the market town of Newtown. A large Victorian house built circa 1880, Park House is a good example of the architecture of the period. Park House is a large Victorian house situated on the outskirts of the market town of Newtown which is located in the heart of the Montgomeryshire countryside on the banks of the River Severn.

The large rooms have high ceilings and ornate coving, typical in large houses built during the 19th century.

The house was built by the owner of a local manufacturing company producing bricks and tiles from locally quarried clay. The tiles in the hallway are a fine example of Victorian craftsmen.

On the ground floor there is a large dining room in addition to a vast well equipped kitchen.

On the first floor are two large en suite bedrooms. The larger of the two bedrooms has a king size four poster bed, a large shower room and separate dressing room. The other bedroom has a king size bed and a large shower room. Both bedrooms can have additional single beds if required.

On the second floor are two further en suite double bedrooms. One bedroom has two double beds and a single bed.

To the rear of the property is a sizeable parking area and a small garden including a water feature.
